Fuel Pump was created by drkshrk86.5
No power to fuel pump in start mode. fuse is good . Jumped the relay . not even getting power to fuel pump Pos. coming out of fuse box.
OK, I have power to fuel pump now. I have spark. I sprayed ether and it fires up. seems like no injector fire.

i was suggesting the LH going bad because my S4 had the same symptoms and i narrowed it down to the LH, same symptoms, good spark, noid light there, fires and runs for a few seconds on ether, but wouldnt fire with ignition turned on...
The LH was swapped. still didnt fire up. I then pulled the injectors which were completely clogged, all 8 of them.
I replaced them and now it runs like a champ with a new LH and new injectors.
Was your car sitting for a long time?
spark means good ezk. how about the LH relay? did you swap that?
Some folks have swapped with LH that were bad. are you sure the LH you swapped is working?
Did you check if youre getting fuel at the rail? either no fuel getting there (clogged filter at the back or clogged fuel rail) or the LH relay is bad. I see you installed new injectors in a previous thread. so that rules out the clogged injectors.
Try swapping the horn relay with the LH relay and see what happens? if that doesnt work, open the fuel rail and see if there is fuel there (dont loose the little ball at the end of the rail when you open it up).
Keep us posted.
Are you located on the east coast?

I did a complete intake refresh. Injectors, vacuum, gaskets, fuel pump and filter, blew all lines out. When I turn key on it feels like all relays are working. I did swap the relays and no change.I took the intake runners back off again thinking maybe a broke wire. I did find the connector to the speed sensor basically fell apart and crumbled. I did have gas at the injectors and all that was cleaned and blown out.I'm going to order a new speed sensor and try that.Thank you for your reply.
