you probably have broken the seal between the inner collar inside the tank and the tank body if you can figure out a wat to reseal the collar then you may have a leak free tank otherwise tank replacement may be in your future

Ok Merlin, at least there is a ray of hope that I can come up with a fix.
I am parking it out side for the time being and driving it to work as it is only a drip every 30 - 40 seconds.
We will have snow in 2 weeks and I will put it away and pull the tank again at which time..... Pictures,talk, Pictures,talk, Pictures, talk.
