It is possible that one of the wires in the harness from the electrical block further up that runs back under the coolent bottle have correded inside the harness.
Take a couple of pictures so that I can see what it looks like with some close ups by the bottle.

pulled the coolant tank back out, the only thing underneath is windshield wiper pump. kept looking found a ground wire on the rear of the head that i must have loosened. cleaned the connection, tightened it up. she fired right up, shark on the prowl.

I wish I could take mine out but there is snow on the ground.

enjoy and check all ground wires often.
clean with an sos pad and cover the connector in dielectric paste
