What are your plans for today, 928 interaction perchance?

Looks like its a dry 928 day here, ... so far

I should do a few things around the house, finish installing the masaic tile but I am also thinking of taking advantage of the dry streets.
What are your plans for today

I am helping transform the '95 in to the Tribute car that I had envisioned when I bought it. Was hoping the exterior would be done by end of weekend, but probably end of day Tuesday.

I had Jim W. helping me out a BUNCH with taking parts off the car. Like the time bits and the tail lights and rain gutters and the tray at the base of the window. I had to sand some rust (a lot actually) off that piece and will prime and gloss black paint it tomorrow... YEE HA! Pics soon!

Testing my mechanic to see if the engine went in this weekend as planned!!! HA

today, was car day in many ways.

first tints, FAIL, shop for some reason didnt have the material i wanted for my tints.

second, checking front passenger side whell bearing. there was somewhat of a grinding clicking, popping sound coming from there. hmm this is the inner bearing as removed/fell apart when the hub was pulled out.




then the inner racer didnt want to come out, so the mechanic geve it a lil incentive...


then the gearbox oil was changed and i went for a ride.. the car ran pretty good.

and saw this from the road on the way back home. i have to say NY RT 9D is such an awesome road. if it weren't for the speed limits that road could be so addictive.

I keep telling myself that I am about to get back to work on my own car collection. Just as soon as time permits, a customer car arrives and my cars resume back burner status.

Yes i made some headway on it today but then the laptop decided that the blue screen was what it wanted.
guess i should take it in to my friends computer shop as i'm not having great luck fixing it.
