Shut down engine UPDATE was created by GEORGEPLRP
What we have done so far
1 New Coil, engine started ran for about 30 seconds shut down
2. NEW Fuel Pump, and Filter, engine TRIED to fire but again DIED.
I have now on order
1. Fuel Pump Relay
2. Fuel Damper since it did not act right at all with vacuum test
Diags so far
1. Fuel was in the rails for both sides Tried a pressure test but NO SCHRADER valve so need and adapter I guess.
2. fuel pump DID NOT stay running after startup, NORMAL? (this was the reason for the Relay order
3. Tried HOLDING the key but engine never stayed running.
What I have HEARD
1. CATS can cause a no start (??)
2. O2 sensor can cause it ?
3. they have no idea!
