Can someone help me with pricing? I've been told anything fom $1500 to $10,000??? I would like to be realistic. I know I won't get out of it what has been put in- I just don't want to give it away and I don't want to get taken either! Please advise- Thanks!

Really I have only bought one... mine! So not sure about that. The Euro thing certainly plays into it. I would say look on eBay and RL and other sites in the for sale and look for something close then if you cannot find a Euro add something to the price and see what bites!

Good looking car... $7k perhaps...probably fair, but might be to high in the current economic malaise we find ourselves in. I have a few on the market currently but no bites and I have not listed them in any place serious like ebay, auto trader or Hemmings.

1984 928S - $7200 - open to offers (been trying to sell for 3 years, finally taking step)
Platinum Metallic (655) with brown interior. 17’ Turbo wheels with Dunlop SP 8000 205/50/ZR17(F) 255/40/ZR17 (R). 130K miles.
Purchased car twelve years ago from a mechanic with a speciality in Porsches (it was his driver car); garaged summers, stored winters. All major work performed by same mechanic.
Recent work (past five years):
Water pump,
Timing belt,
D.S & P.S. Boge struts,
Ignition Coil, Distributor cap, and points,
Front rotors (Zimmermann),
Front brakes (Mintrex),
Fuel pump relay,
Partial rebuild of speedometer.
...............................................................................
ongoing maintenance performed:
Mobile 1 oil change each return from storage, oxygen sensors, complete belt set,
custom made carpet kit, custom tonneau cover, leather redone on passenger seat, ignition switch, bulbs etc.
Retirement, downsizing, and possible move makes decision to sell a logical move. Want “Maggie” to go to someone that would appreciate her as much as I do.
