The 'replica' was stated as a '54 IIRC.......same car that James Dean was killed in I think?

So many cars.....so much time, work and money......the gearheads had a great time and is the biggest weekend for the community......all good

James Dean was killed in a 550 spyder... nothing like that Speedster. An original 550 spyder today would set you back MANY millions of US dollars. An original speedster $100k probably at most...if it were beyond perfect and original. No comparison between the two.

Of course you can get really decent running and looking replicas of either one for $45k...or less if you are willing to do the building yourself!
