The only way to do it is to set a time when everyone can meet.

Like 2:00 or 6:00 mst so that it is not to late for the east coast.

I have done them before on music recording forums and thats the way it was done there.

Don't know if this came up before and hope it is not a touchy point, what about a facebook page for 928OC? I think it can be used for realtime coms and used to generate more traffic for this site.
