Regional Contacts

How has contacting the Regional Contacts for The 928 OC gone? Is this still in the process?

Sorry, really not sure what you are asking.
James does try to keep in touch with them, and lets them know of new members.

I got the spread sheet for what is in our area, maybe even all of Canada, but I haven't spent any time checking it out closely.

I am guessing that it is not complete and that there are more then a few names that need to be added. Hmmm am I on there???

Stan, I couldn't find the thread, but I thought there was going to be someone (probably James) sending out e-mails to the contacts confirming their status and if they are active or not.

I ask this because I have never heard from my Regional Contact when I joined 928 OC. But, I did hear from a neighboring Contact right away with some planned get-togethers (Kitty and Gary Knox from Eastern PA).

Is it possible for me to get the names of club members in my area even though I'm not a Regional Contact?

Not all regional contacts are as active as others. Since they are volunteers, we appreciate whatever they do.

You could ask James. If you were thinking of having an event, it would make sense, or if you were considering volunteering as a regional contact.
