I second that request. I've had many parts shipped from the States to Canada over the years and the UPS fee is always outrageous and the USPS-Canada Post not.

I have enjoyed shipments by USPS then Canada Post with the only downfall being the tracking black hole between the 2 snail mail companies.

Canada Post is usually the best way to ship cross-border. Since I'm only 45 minutes from the US border, I use a forwarding company to receive and hold my merchandise until I can cross over and retrieve it myself. This way, I save expensive brokerage fees as their handling fee for small parcels is only $3. Get yourself a Nexus or CanPass card and you simply fill out the value and drop the form in the border blue box when crossing. No waiting,no fuss.
