Just a reminder we'll gather in the parking lot near Captree Cove Restaurant and concession at Captree State Park from 8-11AM. The concession looks to be open at 6AM (lots of people fishing).

Please let me know if you are coming to the BBQ afterwards when you are there.

The admission cost is $8/car.

See everyone in the morning!

My cell phone number is 516-330-7987.

That's a pretty good turnout for the first one!

The key is consistency and persistence.

Pick a day each month or whatever interval you guys choose and do it at that time and place regardless of circumstance.

Keep doing it so persistently, so that everybody knows on this date and at this time, the 928 GTG is going to be at this place.

Later you can move places if need be as you get a better network of local people talking amongst themselves and the word will get out.

Where are your pictures?

...it didn't happen! LOL!

Yea, that is a good first showing. Look for the next one to be worse and then they will start to build up I suspect...at least that is the way it has gone in my experience with these types of things. Sometimes the first 2 are good and the 3rd is a little off and then it will build back up for the next few tries and then settle in.

Keep them routine and you will see some real 928OC growth in your area!

Thanks so much for being a good Regional Rep leader for your area! Having and active Regional Rep makes a HUGE difference to the club at large!

Also, thanks to Big John for announcing and organizing the D/FW events! Those guys (and maybe it was even you John) encouraged me to start doing them down here in Austin and it has worked for us as well!
