If it is just a little out of round it should be no problem. If it is broken/cracked, it depends largely on where and the intended use and on your risk tolerance.
I used a place near Boston to sort out a set of Anteras weren't resilient enough for New England potholes....that was ten or so years ago and the technology has only improved. If you want top-notch, that is probably "Wheel Enhancement", but requires shipping and pricey. For less costly- maybe ask Roger/928sRus if they have a referral, or do the old fashioned due dilligence- web search/reference check routine.
